RechtNet Advocaten guarantees the privacy of users of this website and its services. Therefore, users’ personal data is handled with the utmost care. - Data from persons under the age of 16. Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. At RechtNet Advocaten, we provide legal services before you make (full) payment. To facilitate this and protect you and ourselves from misuse, we may have your creditworthiness assessed. We do this by providing the necessary personal data (including your address) to a credit rating agency, who may use this data solely for this purpose.
For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
RechtNet Advocaten processes your personal data for the following purposes:

How long do we retain your data?
RechtNet Advocaten will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. To verify that the request for access has been made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, please redact your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). How we protect personal data
RechtNet Advocaten takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. RechtNet Advocaten uses SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your data.
